CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations anytime 2 weeks prior to your arrival date will be charged a $15.00 service fee
If you cancel within 2 weeks prior to your arrival date and your room cannot be re-rented , a one night room rate will be charged. If it is re-rented the $15 service charge is applicable.
All cancellations will be charged to the credit card given at the time of your reservation.

CHECK-IN
Reservations are held until 4:00 PM, unless guaranteed late arrival is requested.
At check-in guests must show ID, Submit credit card and sign charge slip.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is a prompt 11:30 am
Additional time can be purchased.

Twin Gables is a private home and management has the right to refuse service to anyone.
