Rates and Payments
All rates are priced on a per-room basis. Full payment is required upon check-in, whether guests pay with credit cards or cash. Payment will be charged in full when booking online, at time of booking. If reservation is made by phone, payment will be charged in full 3-5 days before arrival. We accept Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Sorry - no personal checks. Twin Gables reserves the right to change rates without written notice but will honor rates provided at the time of booking.
Check-in is 3pm to 8pm. Travelers arriving earlier than 3 p.m. can leave their luggage at Twin Gables before checking in later in the day. Late check-ins can be arranged in advance upon request.
Guests canceling their reservations within one week prior to arrival date will be charged a one-night room rate. Guests canceling their reservations within eighteen hours of check in will be charged for their entire stay.
Weekends: Two-Night Minimum Stays
We require 2-night minimum stays during weekends at Twin Gables.
Peak Season: Minimum Stays
From May through November, which is peak season in Woodstock, we generally require minimum length of stays at Twin Gables.
Coffee, Tea, and Filtered Water Service
An organic coffee, tea, and filtered water station, located at the far left corner of the Parlor, is available to guests 24/7. A small refrigerator beneath the counter provides a variety of organic dairy and non dairy containers for our guests' beverages of choice.
Limited parking is available on a first come first serve basis at the rear of the house; off street parking is regularly available; municipal parking lots are a short walk nearby.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
Smoking is not allowed inside Twin Gables. Guests can smoke outside in the front garden and back yard, where they will find cigarette receptacles.
Guests who lose or do not return Twin Gables' room keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee to the credit card on file.
Twin Gables will return items that guests request returned by mail. The cost of shipping and $10 handling and packaging fee will be billed to your credit card.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for any damage done to property.
